What We Bill Directly
C.S. Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre works with a wide range of funding sources so that cost and paperwork are never a barrier to your care. Depending on your plan and claim type, we can bill directly to:
- Extended health insurance — most major Canadian insurers, where your plan allows direct billing
- WSIB — approved workplace-injury claims are billed directly to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims — we work directly with your auto insurer throughout your recovery
- Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC) — approved services for eligible veterans are billed directly, with no out-of-pocket cost

How Direct Billing Works
When you book, let us know you'd like to use your insurance and have your plan details ready. At your visit, we submit the claim to your insurer on your behalf. If your plan covers the full visit, there's nothing further to pay. If it covers a portion, you simply pay the remaining balance.
Some plans don't permit direct billing from providers — in that case we give you a detailed receipt to submit for reimbursement, and we're happy to help you with anything you need for the claim.
What to Have Ready
- Your insurance provider and policy/plan and member ID numbers
- For WSIB: your claim number once it's issued
- For MVA: your claim number and adjuster details
- For VAC: your K-number / authorization details
